What we collect
When you submit a visit request or contact a welcomer, we may store your name, email, phone or messaging handle, selected church, preferred time, message, language needs, and request type.
Privacy
OpenChurch is built to help people ask real questions before visiting a church. We collect only what is needed to make that connection work.

When you submit a visit request or contact a welcomer, we may store your name, email, phone or messaging handle, selected church, preferred time, message, language needs, and request type.
Your information is used to help administrators, church teams, or approved welcomers respond to your request. It is not meant for public display or advertising.
Admin users can review requests. Approved church or welcomer contacts may receive the information needed to reply. Public visitors do not see your private contact details.
During trial operation, request data may be kept for follow-up, safety review, and service improvement. You can ask for a request to be removed by contacting the site operator.
OpenChurch is a connection platform, not a church authority, emergency service, visa adviser, legal adviser, or counseling provider.
You can read how trust works first, or begin with a gentle contact request.
